Protecting our Future ~ Security Advisors Worldwide
History has shown us how to fight in wars k? to secure our energy supplies, how to Abf? lle in our way to leave, and how to fight with specific imbalances of resource k?. We are seeing everyday life, where our history has given us hope and calm that it has an ace up? Sleeves hrleisten to our bright future weight?. P>
Renewable energy comes into the mainstream of our lives and the creation of a new and exciting global economic and environmental revolution. W re? Not it be obvious then that the weight? Hrleistung of the project and the safety? Public Safety w? Re the basis that it rests? P>

Mr. Daniel heads up an elite team of specialists who have circled the globe many times the protection of the United States and humanity are endless Bed? Rfnisse. You are currently forging the way into a new kind of industry, not only to protect our nation’s glory, but also share that protection with the world. P>
Welcome Ken. As we sit here talking, all eyes on renewable energies and the M? Possibilities it has f? R economic stability? T and global healing. It looks as if it were the answer we have been waiting’s. With its importance, however, also comes the need f? R his protection, and it sounds like SAW, the company is to do it. Ore hl? Me of SAW. Mr. Ken Daniel: p>
< p> f is SAW? r Security Advisors Worldwide. We were in April 2008 after a conversation that we are with Henry Herman, and the wind were made with Jetstream. W? During the conversation threw? Chs Henry and asked if there any way how we in renewable energy and the security that f questions about the new program? R k nnten renewable energy created? Look w? Rde. P>
with a collective Seventy-five years of experience, we are what we are doing good. But learning? Over to free renewable energy technology, the unique security requirements, and potential dependence of us had our dependence? On fossil fuels very exciting. P>
So, with the help of my friends and Vice? President, and Clint Waldrop Yudi Wong, we formed Security Advisors Worldwide. We are the global security and vascular hrdungsanalysen? F? R all types of renewable energy, be it solar, wind, solar, or hydrogen. P>
To security, as they were to venture into an entirely new kind of industry. Are there other companies like yours out there? Strong> p>
SAW is the only security company of its kind, as the renewable energy sector, WS-Security Advisors Worldwide one of these renewable energy companies by unexpected move created. P>
have seen, every project is a construction site first. Whether the project is located in a remote area, away from allt? Were like transport, or in addition to? Rtlichen High School, it is unerl? Ugly to provide effective security at the construction site to get started. P>
And yes, what we do is provide Einsch? Appraisals from the time that we first look at the ground until a year after the switching is created. SAW f? Leads f risk assessments? R our customer projects against theft, vandalism Tzen to sch?, And the little things that slow down the timeline of the project. We evaluate not only the state of physical security at the site, but also the condition of the people who are on the inside, security concerns are also evaluated. And with regard to insurance matters and m? Possible problems with these large insurance companies? En energy, we show due diligence, to assure the safe and timely implementation of the project renewable. P>
In a nutshell, we work hard to hrleisten weight? That the project the opportunity has to get his way. We believe that security is a proactive commitment that says, “This is not an easy target” independently are expecting of where you an? Ssig are. “ P>
What projects have you worked on, as you were? Strong>
Jetstream wind was our first customer in April 2008 and we have f an exclusive contract with them? rf? signed five years. Since then we have been contacted by other energy programs to reviews f? r ensure their safety. Taos and Wind Power (Billy Lockwood, CEO), and weight was chosen? to be under the watchful eye of the SAW. P>
< p> What kinds of safety and security issues you have with us? Strong> p>

really much, give the credit to Henry ( Herman) on the jet stream winds. He had the foresight to recognize that the development of renewable energies unprotected? tzten sites had the expected creation of big en questions of liability. SAW believes that renewable energy companies m? need to more concerned with security the protection of their valuable Verm? asset value and finishing projects on time. We want the f jump? Fifteen projects, but at the moment are to go our best Bem? efforts to maintain the projects must include, in time, both the security. < ; / P>
Is there a difference between protection and security? Strong> p>

Well, if you look only to the safety miss, you still gr? eres image. Security is tats? chlich a big part of it to safety. P>

Then you have the tools and excuses? have Stung… there’s a fifth $ 4,000,000,000,000 loss insurance on construction projects per year. P>
you also to all the construction workers, electricians and technicians to have on the site. Each of these groups, the security require different train? length and have different working hours. To control all this traffic and a safe and gesch? tzten environment SAW uses state-of-the-art security systems to help? monitoring. P>
We will also be sure that basic first-aid training is provided, and reliably? SSIGE ingress and egress routes f? r emergency vehicles access the site. remember m have to? that most renewable energy f locations? r are off the beaten track . It is important to know f? r project managers that their employees are well trained and cared for, w? while they be on the site. P>
Are these sites would be like the other sites? As strong> a I love my Harley ride through the mountains and I m chte? not the landscape more than anyone else to see ruined. P> This is really beautiful? n to h? ren. strong> p> Because you had such an amazing Milit? have picturesque career, you will probably see the world from a slightly different angle than most of us. So tell me why you did this renewable energy path, what is the gr? ere image f? r you? Strong> p> < p> We all realize the consequences for people, gear and items, important to go from somewhere in order will bring the power home. If we are to develop the energy, we might not go so m? need to and that more risk. P> I suspect that if you go by counties such as the Middle East, for example, and see? lfeuerung in pond ? see everywhere, that it is in some areas, V? llerei and there is a demand in others. m chte What? And if something seen with him f ? r has always to do our line, then I think that this will be my legacy. P> With the experience that you, Clint and Yudi have had, you believe that the renewable energy Tzen to bottom with the National Security Council?? Is renewable energy a risk f? r terrorism? strong> p> Well, let’s take a look at what terrorism really is … we are speaking of international terrorists here to wreak havoc on our farms? Nah. What re w? actually be the point? < ; / P> Homeland Security sees renewable energy as a security f? r the country. The more secure our energy sources are, the more independently are expecting us of other things . aware of the Department of Energy and Homeland Security. But this new and get up-in-coming companies m? glicherweise not? about the wallpaper? walls in safety and to hire companies such as SAW, to manage the security screws and nuts. Make sure to make it as safe, we k? can start the clean energy our country needs and wants. P> international point of view, I am in Haiti will soon, and one of my big questions is en, “as k? we can project and the materials safe?” Once the decision is made to go we will make our work therefore r, is that Ger-run stays where it go? rt help that the project in on time. This requires the setting of the local communities, strengths which in turn mean? that the economy of the country. And then, far? About The origins? accessible design and implementation is, Haiti and f a continuous source of income? r three? ig years. P> < p> Why do you go to Haiti? Strong> p> I’m doing on my way to Haiti, a renewable evaluation f? r Jetstream wind and with a group of people who have just developed, and he? meet opens a new hospital there. Currently they are l? she runs off, because the generators of electrical problems in Haiti are very difficult. I thought I should with the U.S. aid f? to take r Haiti, the U.S. ambassador in Haiti, and several Ministerpr? President. P> This is the kind the project, which will take years to completely the? I like to think is? about how it went h ? ren w? rde . Strong> p> Absolutely. I look forward to it. P> With the new Pr? President, Barack Obama and his policy on renewable energy, there will be some T Ren? be open. I think We all know that we can not do without (renewable energy), and none of us our R? to press, which has already happened to do again. P> Last question … There are Pl? ne f? r more nuclear power. In addition to issues of safety and Abf? lle, these plants produce significant safety risks, require safety standards. What role will your company in this scenario? Strong> < ; / p> Yes, from what I understand, the Department of Energy and other groups are looking at more nuclear power plants. Nuclear power is proven, right now, to a anst? Professional energy source. Yeah, it takes a lot of people to it Tzen sch?, which, because it is so m? this grand source of energy is. How is the SAW will be involved with this? Well, when we our job correct, and Henry and other renewable energy programs are not able to get as much power as they lay on the grid, we m? less need to build nuclear power plants. P> ;
renewable site to be demolished k? can and the land can be used to put on baggage, as close to unspoilt Companions? as m? be possible, and the parts out of retirement website k? can be used in other locations. This is a little h? words with ATOMM? to do ll. P> I truly believe that nuclear energy is good f? r his time, and perhaps a place in our energy future, but if we can k? safely and reliably? ssig produce renewable energy and upgrade of the country to transport electricity than we need even nuclear energy p> Hmmm … good question. Thank you, Ken, for taking the time to give us a different side of renewable energy. I think I remember you tell me: “There is T Ren? ge? be opened, and it will also have someone to be the first time they open?. But then, nat? Agritourism, m have to? It the first, by “walk will be. Strong> p> I hope Ken, I did not butcher that too much. What I understood from him, however, was that companies such as SAW, Jetstream Wind, wind, and Taos, and power already ge have opened? that T? r and not afraid to be first. Indecent Acts: Criminal Law Interpretation
R. v. Bennett, R. v. Underdahl and R. v. Sinclair show that during the corresponding period of the legal procedures used by judges to determine what an indecent act, a number of methodological changes . experienced After analyzing each of these cases it is clear that over time the courts have increasingly moderate in their decisions, so the judges have begun to use a more accurate and more precise criteria in deciding on cases of fornication. P>
The courts relied on the use of tests or legal precedent set by previous judges to aid them in determining whether the conduct of the accused was indecent. Also visible in the entire course of these cases – about 20 years plus – is the trend towards a more detailed, rule-approach fueled by a more moderate stance on the issue of indecency. Evidence can be found by the general nature and far-reaching scope of the decisions in Beaupre, and Bennett, are in stark contrast to the more detailed and moderate judgments in Underdahl Sinclair and seen. P> p> in Beaupré, Gould, J. created a general rule for determining indecency, the test here as the “indecent act”. He held that the mere act of nudity alone not enough to constitute an act of an indecent act, but that “the term” indecent act “connotes something more active, with greater moral turpitude constitute.” P>
Bennett, felt Hutcheon, J., that the acts of the accused, the “indecent act test ‘met. The defendant in Bennett attended a public beer garden, where he went to remove his clothes and stood naked. In dismissing the complaint Hutcheon, J. held that its reasoning in deciding whether the accused has committed an indecent act no different from the ratio in Beaupre that he tested in the “indecent act” was joined. P>
also Hutcheon, J. added his own determination, to the indecent act test, said: “Depending on the way … the circumstances of time, place and setting … can constitute an indecent act naked. “With the addition of the concepts of space, time and environment, the court in Bennett a tendency to more detailed and contingent framework of legal interpretation on the issue of indecency. p> ; Underdahl, the court further criteria was for the determination of an indecent act by adhering to the “Community of the standard tolerance test as well as factors such as audience and circumstances involved in their decision-making process. The defendant in this case was swimming floating on a Dock on a crowded beach in the afternoon and in the nude dancing. Referring to R. v. Tremblay, Stansfield Prov. Ct. J. held that the defendant was guilty of having committed an indecent act, because his behavior had “exceeded the community standard to present the tolerance in the public eye. “ p> When using these criteria in Tremblay explained, requires the court in Underdahl on a whole new system of analysis and reflection. Further, Stansfield Prov. Ct . J. also referred to Chief Justice Dickson in R. v. Cinema Centre is focused on the importance of the public to the alleged (indecent act) “in the preamble to discuss whether the action of the accused was indecent. P> ;
After adding the new statutory tests prescribed and Cinema in Tremblay-centers, Stansfield Prov. Ct. J. held that “the defendant’s conduct constitutes a relatively trivial breach.” This decision reflects the moderate and open-minded thinking of the court in this case. It seems that Stansfield Prov. Ct. J. led a series of new statutory criteria in its legal reasoning, because he considered the question of the indecency of liberal and moderate than earlier judges. The same trend is visible in Sinclair where it also appears that Baird Ellan Prov. Ct was. J. reflect very liberal in its judgments and manipulated so that the right to his liberal stance on the issue of indecency. P>
Sinclair, was the charged with four counts of lewd acts, when it was discovered four times, in whole or in part, naked on busy streets free of Vancouver. Baird Ellan Prov. Ct. J. felt that the actions of the defendants in this case were void in a sexual context, that they act not in a sexually provocative way. There was a lack of sexual context, he decided that this is simply defined as an act of public nudity in Beaupre and Bennett and could not be held to the same standards as the other cases, nudity . p> He also tried this case by Bennett, by claiming that “was held in an indecent act to the public” by the nude, the element of moral turpitude or corruption … distinguish [but] delivered, Ms. Sinclair, “allows himself to see,” she was passive and anonymous. “Ultimately, the complexity and the complexity of the legal reasoning on the subject of indecency is in the legal decision-making process of the Baird Ellan Prov be seen. Ct . After years ahead of its decision, Baird Ellan Prov. Ct. J had tested the “indecent act” to confront, as outlined in Beaupre, the Bennett test of the context, time and place, the community standard of tolerance test as outlined in Tremblay, and finally the consideration of the audience and circumstances, as shown in the cinema Centres. P> p> Another interesting point that comes from Sinclair, the problem of stare decisis. Although the facts of Sinclair are very similar to those of Bennett, the result was different. This is important because it seems that Baird Ellan Prov. Ct. J. ignore the verdict of a higher court and binding by Bennett in the decision for the defendant in Sinclair. The decision in Bennett had a significant impact on Sinclair Bennett since the Supreme Court of British Columbia has been decided. It was therefore binding on lower courts such as the British Columbia Provincial Court, where Sinclair was attempted. P>
In sum, the three cases illustrate that the legal procedures used by judges to determine what an indecent act to be increasingly modest, specific and complex nature. While Bennett has a conservative and traditional view of the law, both Sinclair and Underdahl more moderate and complicated steps adopted in deciding the legal reasoning behind indecency. Therefore, it appears that the trend towards a liberal and moderate attitude of the courts a more precise and complex rule-based approach to the definition of the concepts brought to the indecency.
