Proposed Section 375 defines “sexual assault” as “” A man to “sexual assault “commit, if he – (a) penetrates the vagina, anus or urethra, or mouth of a woman with (i) any part of his body, or (ii) any object of such a man manipulated
except where such penetration is carried out for adequate hygiene or medical purposes; ( b) manipulates any part of the body of the woman, so that the penetration of the vagina, anus or urethra of the offender by any part of the woman’s body leads; (c) represents a part of his penis in the woman’s mouth, under the circumstances that under one of the following six descriptions :-” So is the definition of “sexual assault” against male gender biased. He says three things A. Sexual assault can be committed only by “men”.
B. Sexual assault can be committed only against a “women”.
C. There can be no sexual assault of a woman or against a man to be. There is no reason for such laws of sexual assault as sexual acts of sexual violence to keep biased against men, are known and widely reported. The proposed law is just another anti-male legislation by the Government of India.
The definition of the crime is very broad. So if a man puts his finger into the mouth of women, it is a criminal offense, with a minimum sentence of 7 years. However, if the same act done by a woman against a man, it is not a crime at all! Why this discrimination based on sex? Why does the company is out there to enslave the people, by more and more anti-right men? What wrong men have committed themselves for society to punish?
sexual intercourse by a man without the consent of the women is sexual assault. But the same is not sexual assault if a woman to do sexual intercourse with a man without his consent. It is argued that women can not force a man to have sexual intercourse without consent! The argument is false, and there are such incidents of sexual assaults reported in humans. Why the hell is bound by the law every avenue on the right of men suffered sexual violence.
